Entertainment Industry Club: Interns & Moguls (Experience) (formerly Moguls in Training) is a paid workforce development program designed to help young people transition into the workforce through hands-on experience and advanced skill mastery.
How We Do It?
Participants gain industry mentorship, master high-demand skills, and build professional portfolios that demonstrate their readiness for employment or entrepreneurship.
Preparation for Life’s Marathon
The program is divided into two age-based tracks:
- EIC Interns (Ages 14–17)
- EIC Moguls (Ages 18–24)
Program Focus Areas
- Advanced Training & Industry Mentorship – Guided by practitioners and professionals currently working in the field
- Mastery-Level Skills – Training aligned with high-demand careers in media, entertainment, production, and communications
- Hands-On Experience – Real assignments, projects, and opportunities to apply learned skills in professional settings
- Portfolio Development – Participants build a body of work that showcases their skills and prepares them for employment or entrepreneurship opportunities
