Entertainment Industry Club

A cohort-based workforce development program designed to prepare young adults for careers in the entertainment trades.

Program Overview

Preparing youth for the future of entertainment and creative work

The Entertainment Industry Club (EIC) Tour Internship Program is an immersive workforce development experience designed to expand access and accelerate careers within the entertainment industry. Created through Usher’s New Look, the program selects a cohort of 20 emerging professionals (ages 21–25) to train and work directly within a live, traveling concert tour environment, gaining real-world, hands-on experience across key areas such as PR/Communications, Merchandise, Wardrobe, Community Engagement/VIP Experience, Tour Management, and Tour Production.

Through a competitive three-phase selection process; including applications, interviews, and in-person auditions in Atlanta and Detroit; participants are rigorously trained, evaluated, and prepared through an intensive Tour Bootcamp, ultimately equipping them with the skills, exposure, and industry access needed to thrive in entertainment careers. Applications will open April 23rd, 2026.
