Spark Club (Exposure) formerly (Leadership Academy) is an interactive program designed to recruit and introduce youth to the entertainment industry early, giving them exposure to a wide range of careers across music, film, production, communications, sports, and more.
The goal is simple — to help students discover their passion and purpose (their spark) and begin connecting it to meaningful, purpose-driven career pathways.
Through engaging activities, guided workshops, and reflective exercises, students develop core skills in self-awareness, self-care, and career exploration, while learning how to clearly identify, understand, and express their spark.
