The Virtual Disruptivator Summit kicked-off with a high energy youth performance, setting the tone for an impactful conference. Youth explored career interests through immersive experiential activities with a variety of partners. Guest speakers discussed Spark Discovery & Exploration and Health & Wellness. Summit Day One also featured interactive activities and networking opportunities.

On Day 2, youth had the opportunity to engage in a mindfulness activity and interactive group workshops to expose them to real-world skills while connecting with like- minded peers. Speakers elaborated on the importance for our youth to recognize their leadership skills, take advantage of their youth, use their voices, and embrace the power of innovation.
