Entertainment Industry Club
A cohort-based workforce development program designed to prepare young adults for careers in the entertainment trades.
Preparing youth for the future of entertainment and creative work
The Entertainment Industry Club: Live Touring Edition is a first-of-its-kind workforce development initiative designed to accelerate career pathways for young adults in the entertainment trades. As part of the 2026 R&B stadium tour, the program selects a small, carefully selected cohort of emerging professionals ages 21 to 25 from Detroit and Atlanta for a high intensity, hands on experience embedded within a live, traveling concert tour environment.
Interns gain real world experience across key areas including tour production, wardrobe, multimedia, and community experiences, working alongside industry professionals in fast paced, high demand environments. Participants complete a structured pre tour training focused on professional standards, safety, and role specific skills before joining the tour and contributing directly to rehearsals and live show execution.
This is a behind the scenes internship focused on live production and operations. It is not a performance or artist development opportunity. Physical labor, long hours, and adaptability are required. Applications open April 2026, with the program kicking off in May 2026.
