The Usher’s New Look 20 for 20 campaign is a fundraiser to celebrate 20 years of developing Global Youth Leaders. Over the next 12 months, our goal is for 20,000 individuals to commit to giving $20 a month to power 20 more years of impactful service and developing the under-resourced youth.

Usher’s New Look is a non-profit organization that transforms the lives of the under-resourced youth through comprehensive programming which develops passion-driven, global leaders from middle school through college. We are determined to enable young people to discover their spark, graduate from high school, achieve higher education and training, build careers, and be of service to their communities. Our work helps the youth future-proof their lives from negative statistics to become leaders who change their world.

Students are introduced to the benefits of servant leadership, financial literacy, explore career paths and nurture their passions with an emphasis on education.

A four-year, 400-hour training program which ensures high school graduation, prepares students for college, and teaches them how to be national servant leaders.
