Entertainment Industry Club is a cohort-based workforce development program designed to prepare young adults for careers in the entertainment trades.
Serving participants ages 18–24, the program combines technical training, creative production, and employer-connected learning to introduce pathways across behind-the-scenes careers, from production and live events to content creation, marketing, and operations.
Through a structured experience, participants gain real-world exposure, build industry-ready portfolios, and develop the skills needed to transition from interest to career opportunity and economic mobility.
Each cohort culminates in a capstone project and showcase, where participants present their work, demonstrate their skills, and connect directly with industry professionals.
