Permission to be photographed/filmed during the program
By selecting “Agree,” I grant permission to Usher's New Look to record, photograph, or otherwise capture my image, name, voice, and likeness during my participation in this program, and to use such media in promotional materials, publications, social media, websites, and any other media formats now or later developed. I understand that this content becomes the property of Usher's New Look and may be edited, reproduced, published, or distributed without additional approval or compensation. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and release Usher's New Look from any liability related to the use of my image, likeness, audio, or video. I acknowledge that by selecting “Agree,” I am providing my electronic signature, which confirms that I have read, understand, and willingly accept the terms of this legally binding media release.
