Usher's New Look x USC Fellowship

The New Look Fellowship is a year-long, hands-on experience through Usher’s New Look for young adults ages 18–24 who are curious about music, live entertainment, creative industries, leadership, and community impact.

Through direct exposure to industry leaders, touring and live-event environments, and professional development opportunities, Fellows will explore how the entertainment industry works and discover potential career pathways. Along the way, they will strengthen their leadership skills, build meaningful connections, and develop the confidence and professional habits needed to pursue their next opportunity.

We encourage applicants who bring creative curiosity, reliability, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to their communities. Previous entertainment-industry experience is not required.

Fellowship Locations: Atlanta and Detroit
Fellows Selected: Six total, three based in Atlanta and three based in Detroit.
